Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the kkkjili4 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual – whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods – is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

You are solely responsible for:

• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you.

All financial transactions on the kkkjili4 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). kkkjili4 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your chosen payment method and account verification status.
• Deposits are credited to your kkkjili4 wallet upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. kkkjili4 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• GCash withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours on business days.
• kkkjili4 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of any ongoing investigation into suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.
• Any applicable taxes on winnings are the sole responsibility of the player, in accordance with Philippine tax law.

kkkjili4 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Time Limits: All bonuses must be used within the validity period specified. Unused bonus funds will expire automatically at the end of the validity period.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kkkjili4 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from kkkjili4.
• Modify or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data gathering tools on the Platform.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorized use of kkkjili4 intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your licence to use the Platform and may give rise to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kkkjili4 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its services.

Without limiting the foregoing, kkkjili4 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game, whether due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond kkkjili4's reasonable control.
• Any errors or inaccuracies in game results caused by technical malfunctions, provided that kkkjili4 takes reasonable steps to investigate and resolve such issues promptly.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. kkkjili4 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities, kkkjili4's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

kkkjili4 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
